“I started working at a small contract research organization (CRO) during college as an Administrative Assistant. I was lucky enough to learn skills and meet people who allowed me to move into the position of Clinical Data Manager, which was the real beginning of my career in the CRO business,” says Ms. Henderson, Executive Vice President of Operations at Veristat, LLC. “Working on compounds that could help people inspired me to continue to learn more about the industry and pursue additional opportunities to help.”

At Veristat, a privately owned, full-service CRO founded in 1994, Ms. Henderson continues to follow her passion for helping others. With extensive industry skills she has honed for more than 20 years, she expertly manages all company operations, including project management, clinical monitoring, data management, biostatistics, and SAS programming and medical writing. An exceptional leader, Ms. Henderson uses her ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with Veristat’s executive team and its sponsor companies to ensure all objectives are successfully met.
