Veristat Recognized as One of America’s Fast-Growing Companies on the 2015 Inc. 5000 List

Veristat announced that it has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the Countries’ fastest-growing private companies.

“Veristat is honored to join the Inc. 5000 list” stated Patrick Flanagan, Chief Executive Officer of Veristat, “Over the past few years Veristat has rapidly grown and expanded its capabilities and teams to meet the increasing demands for broader service offerings by our clients.   This prestigious recognition acknowledges our growth as exemplary among our peers.

Veristat was founded over 20 years ago with a core focus in providing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with biometrics, medical writing and strategic regulatory consulting services.   Over the past two decades and particularly over the past 5 years, the company has expanded into a full-service CRO to help clients design, conduct, analyze and submit the results of their clinical studies for regulatory approval. The Company’s growth continues this year, with a recent corporate headquarters expansion and the opening of Veristat’s first west coast office to serve our long time clients in the San Francisco Bay area.

Since 1982, Inc. has ranked the fastest-growing private companies in the United States and published the results on its annual 5000 list. The companies in the Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage of revenue growth over a four-year period. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of the starting calendar year, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they had to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31 of the last year measured.
