Therapeutic Innovation with Combined Products - Better Healthcare to Patients
Join Veristat and SFL, a Veristat company, at the Medtech & Pharma Platform's 10th Annual Conference, on 27th September 2023 in Basel, Switzerland.
The Medtech & Pharma Platform’s Annual Conference is the leading conference in the sector of products/solutions that combine medtech and pharma components and is dedicated to enhancing partnership between the pharma, medtech, and tech industries. The conference gathers stakeholders from industry, patient organizations, academia, notified bodies and public health authorities to exchange knowledge, collaborate in technology and regulatory areas, as well as to promote product development and innovation. The event will open with a panel discussion on the policy frameworks and the regulation of combined products on a regional and global level. Shayesteh Fürst-Ladani, Senior Vice President SFL, Head of SFL Group, will moderate the panel with representatives from authorities, such as US FDA, EMA and Swissmedic, along with a patient organization and industry. Three interactive sessions followed by Q&As complete the day's program.
Digital health session: current status and outlook
SFL colleagues, Nathalie Schober-Ladani, SFL’s Senior Director Head Public Affairs & Regulatory Intelligence will co-chair this session. Samuel Gavillet, Associate Director Public Affairs & Regulatory Intelligence at SFL, will be a speaker, joined by esteemed peers from industry, patient representatives and the European Commission. The session will dive into digital health, during which speakers will discuss current initiatives, opportunities and challenges linked to digital health, and provide an outlook on what can be expected in this highly innovative field.
