THE ABOVE PROVISIONS APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THEIR LEGAL CAUSE. THE ABOVE PROVISIONS ALSO APPLY IN RELATION TO THE LIABILITY OF AN ASSIGNEE OF VERISTAT.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, CONTENT AND/OR WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.
