Barbara is one of the co-founders of Veristat, and presently acts as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Scientific Officer of the company. She has 30+ years of experience in the industry in the strategic consulting and reporting of clinical studies. She is involved in scientific oversight of projects from the development of protocol to the writing of clinical sections/summary documents of regulatory submissions including INDs/NDAs/BLAs/JNDAs. In her career, Barbara has contributed to 25+ marketing authorizations, and 10 publications!
Before founding Veristat, Balser practiced veterinary medicine and worked in clinical research.
