The Veristat ACDM Travel Guide Raffle is open to attendees of the ACDM Conference 2022 taking place in Edinburgh from 13 to 16 March at the Sheraton Hotel: 1 Festival Square, Edinburgh. EH3 9SR, United Kingdom.
20 Travel Guide books. Those guides will be Lonely Planet Guides from our European office Locations: Barcelona, Amsterdam, Switzerland, and England. Prizes are non-refundable, transferable, or eligible to be exchanged for any other item, including cash.
Participation in the Travel Guide Raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Veristat, which are final and binding. Winning a price is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Registrants acknowledge that they are aware of their employers and sponsors policies regarding prizes, gifts, and giveaways, and will not accept the prize if it violates any of those policies.
The Raffle begins on the 13th March and ends on the 16th March. Entries that are submitted before or after the Raffle period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Raffle using the following methods.
Limit one entry per person and email address. Entries received from any person, email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Veristat and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Veristat will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Veristat will notify the potential winner via email and send the Travel Guide through the post. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, Veristat may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
The potential winners will be notified by email.
In the event that the administration of the Travel Guides is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem , or the event is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Veristat in its sole discretion, suspend the raffle to address the impairment and then the resume of the Raffle in a manner that best conforms the spirit of these Official Rules.
By participating in the Veristat Travel Guide Raffle, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age and agree to release and hold harmless Veristat or any of its subsidiaries, their respective employees, representatives or agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation on the Raffle.
Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of actions arising out of , or connected with the Veristat Raffle shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Massachusetts, United States.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules , entrant rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Veristat in connection with the Raffle, shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with the laws off Massachusetts, United States without giving effect of any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Massachusetts, United States.
